Location and functional restaurant.

Poor housekeeping of the window area and crowded entrance; Gloomy look of the reception: Poor space management of the standard room; plus Noise and fumes from nearby power generators.

I loved the room, the staff and the way they attended to me. The amenities in the room worked well - TV, shower, AC, etc.

The meal I was served was below par. On one of the days, I ordered chicken and chips and they deadass served me 100% spoiled chicken. They replaced it though...

I loved the service and the free breakfast, the omelette were great and there wasn’t any disturbance of any kind.

The drainage in the shower place needs to be fixed and the washing hand basin is kinda funny.

They would have earned 10.0 rating if not for their altering agreed confirmed price for my stay. The staff did not even bother despite my telling them, it will reflect in my assessment.

The facility would have been fantastic, unfortunately they didn't keep to the price on my confirmed reservation with booking.com. They claimed they were not in sync with booking.com on prices. I paid about N6000 additional fee contrary to what was on my confirmation email.

Betty was friendly and courteous in her dealing.Wonderful set of staff, the security officer was willing to help when my car developed menial fault.

Nothing really, I will suggest that a mat is placed at the entrance of the bathrooms

Breakfast was ok and the location is great.

The power was out for the MOST of my stay... the issue started well into the night ai it was too late to get another hotel. No back up generator. Was a very BAD experience

permeating awful chemical or fume smell. i moved my family after one night due to pregnant wife unable to tolerate.

The location was really the best thing about this place and the bed was a good size. Also liked the bed linens.

Upon check-in we were charged higher than the total on booking.com. We had to wait over an hour for the 2nd room we requested to be ready and just as we settled in for the night, we found out we had bugs in the room apparently attracted by the Christmas lights decor on the window. The staff brought in insecticide to take care of the situation. Thankfully, it was odorless but the experience robbed me of a good night's sleep. Also they could do far better with cleaning. The room we stayed in had a bath tub and shower but only the bathtub was passably clean. The shower was absolutely disgusting. There were no bath maths or towels on the floor for when one came out of the shower, the toilet seat wasn't stationed to the ground and kept moving about which made it awkward to use. This place also has very limited parking. No more than 2 cars can park in the compound. The Executive Suite which we booked was to come with a sofa bed but it didn't. And they need to change the batteries in the smoke alarm. Kept beeping which was annoying. No point installing a smoke alarm which won't function in the event of an actual fire/smoke incident.

It is right beside a Chinese restaurant with relatively good tasting food.Good road access to 3rd mainland bridge and the Airport. It is in Ikoyi, so it’s relatively safe.

The very first step I took into the reception, it did not look and smell fresh.The room was hot and had a strong smell of camphor which had been placed all around the room and bathroom without regard for guests who may be irritated by it. It took quite a while for the room to cool because the hotel common areas were hot. The building felt cramped.

The apartment is centre's located well l have delected most of the pictures l took why l stayed at the kabachi cos l have moved on already, l noticed it is the same problem and issues in every hotels in Nigeria ?? due to link of maintenance culture over here.if the ac is OK the bath is faulty.if the bathrooms are ok something else will be faulty.my issues was that the room ac was dropping water right in the room.the bathroom water do not flow on time.and ensure to get your food from near by supermarket stores cos what you see on the website is not available on ground asin food.so make plans on how to get your food.may wise there is a Chinese restaurant near by but its very expensive.

The environment is OK and the power supply was effective,and the front desk staff was also polite and focus to they duties.

Very easy to locate and staff were helpful.

Bath tub needs regular checks. The adjoining to the wall has opened, the gum probably has failed. Needs check and fix.

The environment was conducive and secured. The rooms were neatly arranged.

The fact that we had troubles accessing water ??all night and morning was a big deal. We literally managed water as a staff had to fetch water with a bucket to us without a scooper.I think in a situation where water ?was a challenge, waiting for us to notice and call before they come and explain isn't ideal and professional.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kabachi. I stayed in the executive room and it was very spacious, comfortable and looked nice. The location is very accessible.Rooms and hotel in all was kept very clean and the personal is amazing! Very nice and respectful and helped out with any need I had and even called and kept the stuff I forgot after checking out. I can definitely recommend this hotel and will be visiting again!
